Communications resources for partners

A series of audience tested and NHS branded campaign assets developed by the team at Hampshire County Council are available to: 

• Raise awareness of the risk and prevalence of high blood pressure among our communities 
• Encourage people to 'know their numbers' - to proactively check their blood presuure and then take steps to look after their health 

The campaign call to action links to our local NHS Healthy Hearts page with information, advice and access to support on managing high blood pressure.

There are now many trained and committed staff besides GPs who work in general practice, all dedicated to helping make sure patients get the right care as quickly as possible.
