We are pleased to announce the launch of the Adult Social Care Technology Fund, a valuable opportunity for adult social care providers to access funding for digital technology solutions. The Adult Social Care Technology Fund is here to support adult social care providers in enhancing the quality of care they deliver. This fund offers funding for digital technology solutions that focus on three key areas:
Implement innovative digital solutions that enhance the quality of care and ensure the safety of individuals.
Use technology to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and reduce readmissions after discharge.
Enable individuals to live independently by utilising digital technologies that support their daily activities and well-being.
To apply for the fund, providers can submit an expression of interest with a project proposal using our online form. Successful applicants will receive 100% funding for the purchase and implementation of the chosen technology. Additionally, the fund covers ongoing monthly fees for the first 12 months.
The Adult Social Care Technology Fund aims to make a significant impact on the care provided. It is not for piloting solutions or purchasing digital social care records. Our goal is to help providers invest in a range of digital technologies that directly benefit care quality, admissions reduction, and independent living.
Join us in embracing the power of technology to revolutionise adult social care. Submit your expression of interest and unlock the potential of digital solutions to enhance the lives of those you care for. Together, let's create a future where technology empowers care providers, improves the well-being of individuals and gives Adult Social Care providers more time to care.
Please note: this funding is not for the purchase of electronic care records; if this is something you are interested there is a separate process with funding available; please do contact the team for more information on this.
